Super Plungers from the 2021 event at Westbrook Lodge.
The Super Plunge is a Penguin Plunge event to benefit Special Olympics Connecticut. A select group of individuals will plunge every hour for 24 consecutive hours to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics Connecticut athletes. The Super Plunge starts at 1pm on November 18th and runs through 1pm on Novembeer 19th.
Special Olympics Connecticut provides year-round sports training and competitions for over 10,000 athletes and Unified Sports® partners. We also promote a healthy lifestyle by offering free health screenings at events, and providing participants with the education and resources to improve their sports performance and enhance their overall health and fitness.
Westbrook Lodge #1784 is holding a spaghetti dinner from 5:00 to 9:00pm on November 17th, supporting the super plungers.
