Children in grades 5-8 express can compete on sharing their pride in American with this year’s theme, “What is your American dream?”

The following calendar outlines dates that are specifically noted in the Public Law as occasions when our Flag should be displayed. It decrees that the Flag should be displayed on all days, especially:
