It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dawn Stender, wife of Connecticut Elks Association President Phil Stender PDD. Dawn passed on Tuesday, August 12th surrounded by her family. Funeral services are private and we ask that you keep Phil and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
