Chicago, IL over the weekend of April 18-21 was the place to be for the final competition of the 2023-2024 Hoop Shoot program.
Two Connecticut competitors were there with their families to compete: Hayden Patterson in the 8-9 girls division, representing Willimantic Lodge, and Deeksha Reddy in the 10-11 girls di-vision, representing Wallingford Lodge. The players were treated like pro-athletes as they were announced at Wintrust Arena.
Hayden came in 10th in her division, and Deeksha finished in a 4-way tie for 7th.
