State Attire
Connecticut State business attire for men for the business sessions of the Grand Lodge: Blue blazer, Khaki trousers (summer) or gray trousers (winter), white dress shirt, and a tie (other dress shirt colors are okay). For women, equivalent level of formality, specifics are not prescribed.
Flag Salute and 11 o’clock Toast Competition
Two Connecticut Elks will be competing in the 11 o’clock toast and Flag Salute contests at Grand Lodge at 1 pm on Sunday, June 29th. Congrats to Holly June Jacobs of Manchester and Carl Sherman of Danielson and good luck on behalf of your state association!
State Dinner – SOLD OUT!
The State Dinner will be on Wednesday, July 2nd at the Blue Springs Elks Lodge #2509, 100 No. East Brizendine Rd., Blue Springs, MO. Pickup by bus at 5 pm at the hotel, social hour at 6 pm, and dinner at 7 pm followed by the jewel presentation. Bus will leave the lodge at 9 pm to return to the hotel. Attire is business casual.
